What’s Inside the Vatican Archive?

From a secular source.

Beneath Vatican City lies one of the most mysterious archives in the world — the Vatican Apostolic Archive, rumoured to be one of the greatest repositories of human knowledge in the world. But what exactly is hidden inside? Formerly known as, the Vatican Secret Archive, it has been shrouded in secrecy, fuelling countless conspiracy theories (looking at you Chronovisor!). But in recent years, limited and exclusive access has been granted to researchers — finally revealing the contents of this legendary archive in human history. In this video, I’ll take you inside the Vatican's secret library, uncovering what researchers have found so far, from the Chinon Parchment of the Knight's Templars to the wacky Passarola. Of course, I haven’t been able to explore everything in this vast archive (especially the documents from the Second World War) but perhaps there's room for further exploration!

Comments are subject to deletion if they are not germane. I have no problem with a bit of colourful language, but blasphemy or depraved profanity will not be allowed. Attacks on the Catholic Faith will not be tolerated. Comments will be deleted that are republican (Yanks! Note the lower case 'r'!), attacks on the legitimacy of Pope Leo XIV as the Vicar of Christ, the legitimacy of the House of Windsor or of the claims of the Elder Line of the House of France, or attacks on the legitimacy of any of the currently ruling Houses of Europe.
