PETITION TO
Supreme Court of the United States
It is your duty as members of the U.S. Supreme Court to end this constitutional crisis and explicitly affirm federal protection for our last excluded class - children in the womb.
The words "EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER THE LAW" are written above the main entrance to the Supreme Court Building and your own supremecourt.gov website states "as the final arbiter of the law, the Court is charged with ensuring the American people the promise of equal justice under law and, thereby, also functions as guardian and interpreter of the Constitution."
WE THE PEOPLE demand that you DO YOUR JOB and answer the question: Are children in the womb persons with equal protection under the Fourteenth Amendment or not? This is not complicated - of course they are. What else would they be? It is a scientific fact that human life begins at fertilization and every human being is a human person.
WE THE PEOPLE demand that you end this constitutional crisis and explicitly affirm equal protection for every person, born and unborn, NOW.

Attacks on the Catholic Faith will not be tolerated. Comments will be deleted that are republican (Yanks!
