My cousin Julie was diagnosed with stage 3a endometrial cancer (a type of uterine cancer) in September of 2021. An independent English tutor, Julie doesn't have a stable income or health insurance to finance her existence and treatments. Due to the effects of radiation and--in the immediate future--chemotherapy, Julie cannot work while undergoing treatment.
