Those who will suffer From Traditionis Custodes are the vast majority of Trads, who whilst they might wish Vatican II would be 'clarified' are loyal to the Papacy and no threat whatsoever to the unity of the Church. If anything, HE is the threat to the unity of the Church, since he's made it abundantly clear that Trads are not wanted in the Church in his Papacy unless they give up being Trads and conform to the 'new' lex orandi. We get in the way of his beloved MASDU, the Movement for the Spiritual Animation of World Democracy (Mouvement d’Animation Spirituelle de la Démocratie Universelle) or One World Religion at the service of the globalists.

The system of MASDU can be broken down into three parts, to which there is to be added one important corollary:

1° - It is not simply the Church and Christendom which form the “ unit of Salvation ”, but mankind as a whole.

2° - The new Gospel of this community is the Declaration of the Rights of Man, with its trilogy of Liberty, Equality, and Fraternity.

3° - The building of a World Democracy is the analogy here on earth of the Kingdom of God, and it is to be attained through the coming of Justice and Peace, in Truth and Love.

And the Corollary: that the function of Religion – by which is to be understood a union of all the existing religions – is to provide inspiration and Spiritual Animation for mankind thus regenerated.

I do not see the absolute doom that rad trads do in the latest pesterings of Pope Francis concerning the Traditional Latin Mass. Not that that situation is anything new. Rad trads just don't seem to want to get it that Christ has made clear that His Church, the one Church, will survive until His return, period and end of story.

Despite Francis' latest ragings, my own favored TLM here in New York City continues as usual. Many TLMs across this and other lands continue as usual. Not that rad trads on various Internet forums are going to tell you this, as they encourage people to abandon the Church that Christ Himself founded and join dubious breakaway or outright sedavacantist groups.

Francis can be ignored on his plainly unjustified intrusions against the traditional Mass, as even totally immoral leftist "Catholic" groups have ignored popes and survived. Francis' attempts at traditional Mass curtailment were in fact being ignored already in many venues, by bishops and cardinals who know how to do so without violating any rules. There is no reason for them not to continue to do so now just because Francis keeps firing off missives.

Some like the liberal Cardinal Cupich of Illinois are indeed implementing Francis-like "reforms" against the TLM. But even those are still allowing TLMs to be held under the right "guidelines," as even Cupich is not completely stupid and knows that a loyal minority of Catholics love the TLM.

Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI brought the TLM back to full life and did not place restrictions on it. Francis' attempt to do so involves unlawful orders of the kind Saint Athanasius refused to cooperate with in Church history. With many bishops and cardinals intent on the continuance of the minority TLM, similar tactics to those of Athanasius can be used for its fruitful survival.

Now there are many annoying, insulting and loud rad trads in the world and it is they who have given Francis his excuse to "crack down on the TLM." Thanks a lot, morons. But this still does not justify Francis.

Individual rad trad bigmouths can be disciplined without punishing the TLM community as a whole, and the latter seems to be what the Pope is unjustly trying to do. However, God Who is greater than all has provided us the means for survival, and it is up to us to embrace these in faith and continue onward daily.
