Church Militant Hatred for SSPX Part 4: Liars Will Lie! And if They Lie About Small Things, They'll Lie About Greater.

Mary Ann Kreitzer continues her investigation into the slander factory known as Church Militant. More yet to come.

From Les Femmes

By Mary Ann Kreitzer

My husband and I once told one of our teenage children whom we caught in a serious lie, that the worst thing about it was the loss of trust. We had never known that child to lie to us. It also put the child and a friend in an extremely dangerous situation. "Your word is who you are," we said, "How can we trust you now?"

The last gospel of the traditional Latin Mass says, "In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." Our word is our sacred bond. And when we lie, we break that bond and can no longer be trusted.

Which brings me to the liars at Church Militant.

Remember Christine Niles' demand letter to me and Susan threatening us with a lawsuit? [See post here.] Among the things she said were "objectively false" in Susan's post was this. She quoted Susan and then responded. Here's her bullet point:
"Terry Carroll is Church Militant's Texas Sugar Daddy"
  • Objectively false. While Mr. Carroll donated to Church Militant years ago, he has not financially supported the apostolate in years, and therefore cannot be our “Sugar Daddy.”
It's pretty clear that Niles was trying to present a picture of Terry Carroll being out of the picture "for years." Oh gosh! He supported us yeeeeears ago, but we can hardly remember him. Terry Carroll?... Who's he? Terry Carroll?... We can't even remember what he looks like!

Note that Niles doesn't say that Terry Carroll doesn't support them. She only says he has not "financially supported the apostolate" in years. What this sly crackerjack investigator didn't say was that Terry Carroll was on the board of directors of St. Michael's Media from at least 2016-2019 and working for them five hours a week. This information is on their 2019 IRS form which I documented a few days ago. [here] Was CM filing false information with the IRS? According to Open Corporates, Carroll was removed from the board between July 2020 and January 2021. (See here.

It seems to me that if you are working for an organization for five hours a week (as a volunteer?) and serving on their Board of Directors it is an "in kind" form of support that has financial value. On the other hand, if you are a crackerjack investigator splitting hairs in order to deceive your viewers, you can definitely pretend that you've spoken the truth when you say he hasn't "financially supported the apostolate IN YEARS." Hmm... Do you believe that? About half of CM's income is from grants. Are there grants from a corporation Carroll owns but operates under a different name? That would make the statement Jesuitically true, but with the clear intent to mislead even more than CM has already.

At any rate, Niles, who was on the board with Carroll, presents the fiction that he has been out of the picture for years when he was actually still involved with Church Militant. How involved? That is a question for further investigation.

But Niles, who's been the loudmouth in all this, isn't the only one with links to Terry Carroll. It goes right to the top.

We've obviously upset Church Militant with our recent coverage about their hate-on for the SSPX. On Monday, Michael Voris copied me on an email he sent to Terry Carroll (the guy who hasn't supported them "in years") congratulating him for an email he sent to us saying how negligent we are and how little we care for the truth. (No specifics of course.)  Oh my, isn't that the pot calling the kettle black!

I had to laugh when I read the emails, because they prove that Carroll and Voris are connected. How connected? Another good question.

The truth will out. It always does. And the fact is that liars are liars are liars. Jesus said that those who can be trusted with small things can be trusted with greater. The converse is also true. If a person is willing to lie about small matters, he is even more willing to lie about greater ones, especially if big money is involved.

With regard to the emails (read them below), Voris is wrong. I have no comment on Carroll's content. I'm not impressed by name calling and don't respond to it; but I totally agree with Carroll that I'm a sinner.

Voris is also right. Susan and I (and I expect also Randy Engel, a real investigator) will continue to dig into the Church Militant - Opus Dei connection, because it explains the absolute hatred CM has for the SSPX and their cozy relationship with OD supporters.

One big question (among others) remains. Is some of Opus Dei's $3 billion helping to finance the Church Militant operation? Is CM receiving grants from OD front groups? In 2019 (most recent IRS filing), CM took in over 3.5 million samolians; and about half of that came from grants. Wouldn't an open, transparent audit be interesting? Wouldn't you like to see where those grants came from?

There's more than meets the eye at Church Militant and it's time to trap some of CM's lies in that Vortex Mike Voris always talks about. And I can't help wondering what's going on with the money. Where's it coming from and where's it going? And are there strings attached?

TO BE CONTINUED....

Attacks on the Catholic Faith will not be tolerated. Comments will be deleted that are republican (Yanks! Note the lower case 'r'!), attacks on the legitimacy of Pope Francis as the Vicar of Christ (I know he's a material heretic and a Protector of Perverts, and I definitely want him gone yesterday! However, he is Pope, and I pray for him every day.), the legitimacy of the House of Windsor or of the claims of the Elder Line of the House of France, or attacks on the legitimacy of any of the currently ruling Houses of Europe.
