Hoppe is a libertarian and not a monarchist necessarily. He just feels that democracy is a failure. I agree.

Short for time, in the full version there is a Q & A, where a person makes the mistake of thinking this is Hoppe's end goal (a monarchy), he reiterates it isn't.
