No, You Can’t Vote for the Biden/Harris Ticket!

Why those Priests, like Horan and Martin, who claim it can be acceptable to vote for Biden and Harris are lying through their teeth!

OK, you can vote for Biden/Harris, but you’d have the blood of aborted children on your hands. You’d be putting your soul in jeopardy. Please note, I’m not telling you who you should vote for, and this should be the same message you get from any priest who cares about your soul. The Biden/Harris ticket is for abortion through birth, and probably beyond that if the child who managed to get through the birth canal had a mental or physical handicap or was unwanted.

I’m sick of seeing the willingness of priests to remotely suggest that one can, in good conscience, vote for the “lesser of two evils” ticket. Shall we look at one that popped up in my feed the other day?Sadly, this is not the only priest from who I have heard this attempt made. I’m ever so glad to see the phrases “prudential wisdom” and “well-formed conscience” used. However, he uses them quite improperly. He might also want to gain a clearer understanding of the difference between “invincible ignorance” and “willful ignorance.” He’s nailed the latter. He can tell me I’m wrong all he wants, but that doesn’t change it. A person with a well-formed conscience could only vote for the Biden/Harris ticket if the opposition was, say, Xi Jinping (that’s the president of China for all of you who don’t follow world politics) or, maybe, Hitler. Trump, even with all his flaws, doesn’t even come close to the ticket that wants to tear children limb from limb or crush the skulls of children about to be born. They’re also against providing medical care to babies who survive an abortion procedure. That’s evil.

Now these priests are going to launch into seamless garment tirades, but that’s not actually helping to form consciences. That’s helping to deform them. The Church, time and again, has explained that abortion doesn’t compare to war or the death penalty. It’s at the pinnacle of evil, in other words, pre-eminent. These priests aren’t going to tell you that. They want to keep your conscience very uninformed, if at all possible. They rely on the fact that many of the faithful simply trust priests and will never do their homework.

Let me make it easy for you to educate your friends who fall into the “Father So-and-So said…” category.

The threat of abortion remains our preeminent priority because it directly attacks life itself, because it takes place within the sanctuary of the family, and because of the number of lives destroyed.

It’s really not that hard, people! We use abortion and euthanasia as the measuring stick, because, as they have said, IT’S THE MOST DIRECT ATTACK AGAINST HUMAN LIFE. (Did the capitals help?) Barring a miracle, if euthanasia is attempted, a person will die. If an abortion is attempted, a person will die. Let’s go back to “Worthiness to Receive Holy Communion”. Pope Benedict XVI (then Cardinal Ratzinger) shows us that prudential judgments can be made about other subjects such as war and death penalty. I will also add immigration, poverty, unemployment, etc., etc., etc. We do not have to agree on how to handle these, because none is a direct attack on life. We can use prudential judgments here. By all means, have at it. The Fr. Daniel Horans and James Martins of the world would like you to believe that there is no prudential judgment to be made regarding these subjects. They are very much trying to mislead you. Does it mean that every life isn’t precious in the sight of God? Does it mean that we shouldn’t work to promote the dignity of every human being? Nope times two. It does mean, when choosing a candidate or the lesser of the two evils, we must look at who promotes or supports the least direct attack on life FIRST. After that, you can look at all the areas that promote the dignity of life. Think about it this way: you can’t have dignity of life if you don’t have life! That’s how simple it really is. The Biden/Harris ticket does the most damage to achieving the dignity of life. Those they would allow (or dare I say, have) killed will NEVER achieve dignity and value. The poor, the immigrant, the unemployed, etc., do have a chance at that, because they’re not dead. There are 61,000,000+ plus who were killed. 61,000,000+ who cannot work towards a better life. Ironically, a good many of those children were children of the poor, unemployed and immigrants (that’s who are mainly targeted for abortion), so the idiots pushing the seamless garment are doubly failing in what they say they’re trying to do.

Again, it really isn’t that hard, and nobody with a well-formed conscience should be that easily confused by the seamless garment crew. Catholics very much need to form their consciences, but they’ll have to do it without the help of those priests trying to mislead them. This is literally a life or death election. If you believe this “You can vote for Biden” crud, those deaths will be on your hands.
