Chevalier Charles Coulombe Introducing 'Off the Menu'
The videos I post from the Chevalier are actually clips from a much longer show called 'Off the Menu'. I have a short attention span, and I find it difficult to watch long videos with enough attention to do them justice. As a result, I am very glad that he and Mr Frankini came up with the idea of presenting individual questions as shorter videos.
