Unfortunately, this video does not address the problem of converting people who live in republics to the monarchist idea. The question was submitted by a viewer who lives in Her Majesty's Realm of Barbados, which, of course is a monarchy, so the Chevalier centres on protecting and strengthening the existing monarchy.
He does, however, have some choice words for republican politicians in a monarchy. 'Perjuror' and 'traitor', because without exception, they have either taken the Oath of Allegiance to Her Majesty, or are willing to if they are elected.
