Chevalier Charles Coulombe on Catholic Scandinavia

The Chevalier discussing Catholic Scandinavia. My Grandmother was a Lutheran named Pitronella Frederika Peterson from the village of Ornunga in Västergötland, so this is a subject dear to my heart. I don't know if it still exists, but there is (was?) an organisation under the Patronage of St Ansgar, the Apostle of the North, dedicated to prayer for the return of Norden (the Scandinavian countries) to Catholicism. I was a member of it years ago. The Chevalier mentions Jón Arason, Bishop of Hólar in Iceland, and the last Catholic Bishop in all of Scandinavia as the heretics overthrew God's Church. Needless to say, he was martyred by the bloodthirsty Lutherans.

Let us pray for the return of Scandinavia to Christ's Church. St Ansgar, pray for Norden. Jón Arason, Martyr for the Faith, pray for Iceland!

Comments are subject to deletion if they are not germane. I have no problem with a bit of colourful language, but blasphemy or depraved profanity will not be allowed. Attacks on the Catholic Faith will not be tolerated. Comments will be deleted that are republican (Yanks! Note the lower case 'r'!), attacks on the legitimacy of Pope Francis as the Vicar of Christ (I know he's a material heretic and a Protector of Perverts, and I definitely want him gone yesterday! However, he is Pope, and I pray for him every day.), the legitimacy of the House of Windsor or of the claims of the Elder Line of the House of France, or attacks on the legitimacy of any of the currently ruling Houses of Europe.
