Comments are subject to deletion if they are not germane. I have no problem with a bit of colourful language, but blasphemy or depraved profanity will not be allowed. Attacks on the Catholic Faith will not be tolerated. Comments will be deleted that are republican (Yanks! Note the lower case 'r'!), attacks on the legitimacy of Pope Francis as the Vicar of Christ (I know he's a material heretic and a Protector of Perverts, and I definitely want him gone yesterday! However, he is Pope, and I pray for him every day.), the legitimacy of the House of Windsor or of the claims of the Elder Line of the House of France, or attacks on the legitimacy of any of the currently ruling Houses of Europe.
Congratulation, you old curmudgeon you. In my case I consider 1944 to have been an excellent year. Does the use of the lower case 'r' 'in republican' suggest you only tolerate real Republicans, who choose to use the upper case 'R' or does it mean something entirely different?
ReplyDeletePS my comments are usually preceded by my place of residence IE. Western Australia. My Political allegiance in Australia lies with the Democratic Labour Party. Heard of it?
DeleteThe lower case 'r' in republican reflects my own (almost) lifelong monarchism. I don't want people coming on my blog and bashing my long held political beliefs any more than I want them bashing my religion. And yes, I am familiar with the Democratic Labour Party, and If I lived in Australia, it would quite likely be my Party as well. I especially appreciate the fact that they have corrected the American spelling of 'Labor' in their name.
